Return & Refund Policy
At VOCVS, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 3 business days (72 hours) from the date of receiving your delivery to request a return or exchange. This applies if the item does not fit or if you would like a different variation of the product.
Refunds are only valid within 24 hours after the product has been delivered. You must return the item to us before we process your refund.
We offer a one-time return/exchange policy. If you request a different size or variation of the product, this will be your only opportunity to make an exchange. Any additional changes will require a new order.
Failing to report damaged goods within the agreed window will result in an invalid return/refund request.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vocvs.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and issue a shipping label if the return meets our conditions.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a first-time exchange, refund, or damage claim, VOCVS will cover the return shipping cost.
Any subsequent exchanges will require the customer to cover the shipping costs.
Refund Conditions
All returns must be sent back in their original state and packaging. Any alterations to the packaging may lead to an invalid refund.
If we identify that an item has been worn or damaged by the customer, we will reject all refund and return requests.
Fitting is acceptable, but wearing the item to an event and then requesting a refund is not allowed.
If the garment has been washed within the 24-hour refund period, we will reject the return/refund request.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, but refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect.
